The Give Me Five℠ Program explores the key principles of balanced nutrition and physical fitness to support healthy lifestyle changes.  Emphasis is placed on creating an environment that inspires behavior modification through positive reinforcement and self-efficacy, that is, the belief that you have what it takes to accomplish what it is you set out to do.


Two options are available, private consultation, in which a unique program is designed to fit your individual lifestyle, or a class for groups of familes.   Success is achieved with gentle guidance as you learn and have fun.   Together we explore sugar, fiber, fat, portion sizes, and get your heart rate revved up through movement.
