The Give Me Five Program  

explores the key principles of balanced nutrition and physical fitness to support healthy lifestyle changes.  Emphasis is placed on inspiring behavior modification through positive reinforcement and self-efficacy, that is the belief that you have the ability to accomplish what it is you set out to do. 

    The program begins with a thorough assessment to develop an individualized plan. Weekly meetings provide guidance to support healthy food and activity choices.
